For English-speaking users: this cat is a character from stories of Eduard Uspensky (and cartoons based on them). He is very clever (learned how to talk in human language, can play guitar and stitch embroidery) and popular, often used in advertisements. In the cartoons he was voiced by Oleg Tabakov - a cartoonist said she draw the cat "from" artist's voice.
