V.I. Firsanova’s apartment house is a historical monument, part of the architectural ensemble of the Sandunovsky baths in Moscow. The building was erected in 1894-1895 according to the project of architect B. V. Freudenberg. Sometimes the architectural structure was called “Sandunovsky Passage”. Before the October Revolution, the upper floor of the building and the side buildings were occupied by residential apartments, characterized by rather rich decoration.
